Your weight fluctuates daily. In contrast to other apps, Scelta compares weekly averages and shows your real weight progress!

If you have ever used a scale regularly, you know this problem: Your weight fluctuates from day to day, making it difficult to determine if you gained weight, lost weight, or had a heavy day due to factors such as salty food, hydration status, sleep, stress, and hormonal fluctuations.

To truly understand what’s happening, comparing averages is crucial. For example, comparing the average weight of the last 14 days to the previous 14 days can provide valuable insight into your body weight changes.

Scelta calculates this “scale delta” for you, making weight tracking more engaging, meaningful, and highly motivating.

<li>Visualize goal adherence daily with a comparison over 7, 14, or 30 days. Swipe to reveal your weekly rate of weight change and adherence levels to your goal.</li>
